    Logging In to Your VirtaMove Account

    To log in, go to the VirtaMove Licensing Portal and enter your login information.

    Finding Your Account 

    After your account is created in the VirtaMove Licensing Portal, you will receive an email from licensing@virtamove.com. This email contains your login information, which includes your email and password. For security reasons, VirtaMove recommends that you change your password as soon as possible after you log in for the first time. 

    Changing Your Password 

    Your new password must be at least 8 characters and must include one of each of the following: uppercase letter, number, special character (for example: @, $, and #). 

    To change your password 

    1. Log in to your VirtaMove account. 

    2. Go to the My Account page. 

    3. Click Change Password. 

    4. Type your Old Password, and then type a New Password. 

    5. In Repeat Password, retype the new password. 

    6. Click Save. 

    Forgot Your Password? 

    To reset a forgotten password 

    1. Click Forgot your password?

    2. Enter your email address and then click Send Reset Email. 

    3. After you receive your reset email, follow the instructions to reset the password.

    Note: 

    The password provided in the reset email will be available to use for 24 hours after you receive it and can be used only once. For security reasons, VirtaMove recommends changing the reset password as soon as possible after you log in. The password must be at least 8 characters and must include one of each of the following: an uppercase letter, number, special character (for example: @, $, and #).
