Troubleshooting Installing Source Agents

    Troubleshooting Installing Source Agents

    If the previously installed Source Agent is not the same version as V-Maestro or if there is an SSL mismatch on the source.

    V-Maestro will indicate this status in the Add Source window.

    1. Force the installation by clicking Reinstall.

    2. Enter the User Name of the Administrator account and the password of the Administrator account, then click Continue.

    3. Click Close.

    4. Check the V-Maestro log file. The file is located in the default installation folder in Maestro/logs.
