Uninstalling a Source Agent

    Uninstalling a Source Agent

    Use this procedure to uninstall a Source Agent and remove a source from V-Maestro.

    To Uninstall a Source Agent

    1. Click Manage>Sources. The Source Inventory window opens.

    2. In the list of sources, select the source hostname.

    3. Click the more actions icon on the right and select Delete, or click the Delete icon.

    4. Click Continue.

    5. Enter the Administrator username and password for the source and click Continue.

    6. If there is an error with the credentials, you can try one of the following options:

      • Delete from DB - delete the source from the database

      • Retry connecting - try connecting to the source again

    7. If the source was successfully deleted, click Close.
